Milinkovic-Savic has been linked with a move away from the Serie A giants this summer, with the club open to offers after failing to qualify for the Champions League.
Chelsea are one of the teams to have been linked with a move for the Serbia international, and reports in Italy claim they are prepared to launch their own bid. According to Italian website Calcio Mercato, the Blues are looking to land Milinkovic-Savic and are willing to offer him a four-year contract worth £7.6million per season.
It is also claimed that Chelsea are willing to offer one or two players in exchange for the 24-year-old, with the club looking to offload both Tiemoue Bakayoko and Davide Zappacosta.
