Premier league top club, Chelsea have lately shown their intent to sign players in this summer transfer window. Since Todd Boehly took over transfer businesses at the club, the Blues have made some significant moves. Chelsea have been linked with a number of top players.
These include the likes of Ousmane Dembele, Raphinha, Jules Kounde and Mathjis Deligt. Days ago, Chelsea managed to beat Arsenal and Barcelona in the race for Raphinha.
The Blues went on to reach an agreement with Leeds United on the transfer of the player. Personal terms with his agent Deco are the only remaining part. Despite reaching an agreement with Leeds United, Spanish top club FC Barcelona are insisting on hijacking the deal.
Latest reports indicate that the Catalans have made a fresh written proposal to Leeds United for signing the player.
