While everyone else is focused on the World Cup, Chelsea is focusing on transfer plans and situations for both the winter and summer transfer windows.
The new Blues owners, as well as the new recruitment experts they have brought on board, have been busy planning transfer moves for the next two transfer windows, and they have some pretty big plans in place.
According to Si Dan Talk Chelsea, Chelsea are looking to sign a new goalkeeper, a new right back, at least two new midfielders (potentially more), a winger, and a striker in the coming window.
The new rebuilding plans are well underway, and a number of players have uncertain futures and may be sold to fund additional signings.
According to the report, Chelsea is also looking to get ahead of the competition with early done deals behind the scenes, similar to what they are close to doing with RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku.
