According to report, Chelsea has completed an official deal with Stoke City as their young star player Luke Badley-Morgan, has joined the Championship side.

The talented 18-year-old player was in the final year of his contract at Chelsea and, while he considers his options, he is keen on getting more game time.

Chelsea Submit £12.6m Bid For Star Midfielder

According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have submitted a £12.6million bid for Dinamo Moscow teenager Arsen Zakharyan. The 19-year-old midfielder is already a Russian international and has two seasons of regular football under his belt. Zakharyan’s agent has confirmed that an agreement is close with the Blues, with their offer thought to be in line with his release clause.
