Chelsea manager, Graham Potter has been told of the “perfect” January transfer signing deal as it was reported that he is even better than Blues icon Eden Hazard. The former Brighton coach has enjoyed an impressive start to life at Stamford Bridge since replacing Thomas Tuchel, and is unbeaten in the nine games he has taken charge of following the 2-1 win away to RB Salzburg on Tuesday which saw his side through to the Champions League knock-out stages.
Potter has experimented with several different shapes and systems, which saw both Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic line up as very advanced wing-backs in Austria. One player who has previously adapted to a similar role under Potter is Leandro Trossard, who former Manchester United midfielder Paul Parker believes would represent smart business for Chelsea and tipped them to challenge for the title next year.
Good news this evening as Trossard’s admits to joined Chelsea ahead of winter transfer in January
“I definitely think that Chelsea will contend for the title next season,” Parker told BonusCodeBets.
“It will be his first full season as a Chelsea manager, and with everything he did at Brighton you have to say that Chelsea will improve every week.
“Chelsea should sign Leandro Trossard, he would improve their team a lot. His energy and his pace would be a perfect fit for Chelsea under Graham Potter. I’m a big fan of Trossard, and I can’t believe that he is not a part of the Belgium national team. That is really strange, he would perform way better than Eden Hazard. I think any club in the Premier League would like to sign him.”
