Jorginho, the Chelsea midfielder, has admitted he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge despite interest from Barcelona.
The Italian international’s contract expires this summer, and Barcelona is interested in him as a replacement for Sergio Busquets.
Despite a number of changes since Thomas Tuchel’s dismissal, Jorginho has made 11 Premier League starts this season and remains a key player under Graham Potter.
“Of course, I love Chelsea,” Jorginho said when asked if he wanted to stay in west London.
“But this is something I’m not going to think about right now.
“I need to think about how to win games. Otherwise, there is a problem.
I’ll concentrate on each game individually, and then we’ll see what happens.
“But my focus is now on Chelsea and winning as many games as possible.”
