Chelsea manager Graham Potter will be hoping for more of the same against Nottingham Forest on Sunday evening after a strong performance against Bournemouth.

Kepa Arrizabalaga will remain in goal, but the back four will have to change following Reece James’ latest injury setback. Captain Cesar Azpilicueta is expected to start at right-back, with Kalidou Koulibaly, Thiago Silva, and Marc Cucurella filling out the defense.

Midfield may need to be tweaked slightly. Mason Mount could be asked to play further forward, which means Conor Gallagher could join Denis Zakaria and Jorginho in the starting lineup.

Christian Pulisic didn’t do much wrong against the Cherries, but he is the most likely to be dropped if Mount starts in a front three, with Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz filling the final two spots.

Cristiano Ronaldo turns down Chelsea’s offer and joins a Saudi Arabian club worth £172 million

Chelsea’s Predicted XI Against Nottingham Forest is as follows:

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Koulibaly, Silva, Cucurella, Zakaria, Jorginho, Gallagher, Sterling, Havertz, Mount.
