Wasteful Aubameyang Squanders Glorious Chances As Chelsea Level Man United At Halftime

Pierre Aubameyang squandered a number of chances in the first half as Chelsea levelled Manchester United at halftime. This is in a match played at The Stamford Bridge.

Aubameyang wasted up to three glorious chances presented before him to ensure they went level. 0:0 as the scoreline. Pierre has been the missing piece in the Chelsea line up and was tipped to do well, not like his predecessors. Seemingly he is also not picking well.

Marc Cucurrella had to be substituted in what seemed like a tactical change as Matteo Kovacic came on for him before halftime. Chelsea then switched to a back four and they could now have more ball control since Kovacic is a ball carrier.

Manchester United however had the clearest chances with Rashford going close a number of times. Nobody could find the deadlock though, with Kepa Arrizabalaga being the busiest of the keeper’s. De Gea had little to do.
