Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola will be hoping to boost their points as they travel to the Molinaux in today’s game against Wolves in the afternoon at 12:30 p.m.

Man City’s summer arrival Erling Haaland is fine form having bagged 13 goals in just 8 matches across all competitions, this comes after he scored late against his former club Dortmund on to secure three points for City on Wednesday in their Champions League fixture.

The hosts have registered two wins, three draws and a loss across all competitions. City on the other hand are unbeaten across all competitions with four wins and two draws. City however were last held to a 1-1 draw against Villa while Wolves managed a 1-0 victory over Southampton.

Wolves Team News:

New summer arrival Kalajdzic is a long term absentee alongside Chiquinho and will therefore miss tomorrow’s clash with the Citizens. Jimenez didn’t feature in there 1-0 win over Southampton but is expected to return to the side against City.

Former ex-Chelsea and Atletico Madrid’s striker Costa will also be in contention to make his Wolves debut after making a return to the Premier League.

Possible Lineup:

Sa to start on goal. Jonny, Kilman, Collins and Ait-Nouri to form the backline. Nunes, Neves, and Moutinho will support Neto, Jimenez and Podence in the final third.

Aymeric Laporte is unavailable for selection and through a knee injury and is expected to feature for Guardiola’s side after the international break. Kyle Walker is fully fit and is an option to be used in the backline alongside Ruben Dias.
